Program Officer – Impact and Evaluation
The Indigenous Prosperity Foundation (IPF) is seeking a Program Officer – Impact and Evaluation to support the measurement, learning, and continuous improvement of our national programs.
Working closely with the Programs and Communications teams, this role will help track program outcomes, support data collection and reporting, and contribute to storytelling that reflects the impact of our work across Indigenous communities. The Program Officer will play a key role in strengthening how IPF understands, communicates, and grows its impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful, community-driven work that supports Indigenous youth, women, and entrepreneurs across Canada while helping shape how success is measured and shared.

The Indigenous Prosperity Foundation (IPF) is seeking a Program Officer – Youth Program to support the delivery of national initiatives that empower Indigenous youth through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership development. Working with the Programs team and community partners across Canada, this role will help coordinate youth programming, support partnerships, and assist with workshops, events, and program delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to programs that help Indigenous youth build confidence, skills, and pathways toward entrepreneurship and economic prosperity.
