Robynn Sadler

Appointed as Youth Program Manager

Welcoming Robynn Sadler as IPF’s New Youth Program Manager

The Indigenous Prosperity Foundation is proud to welcome Robynn Sadler as our new Youth Program Manager — a role that is central to our mission of advancing Indigenous prosperity through mentorship, training, digital access, and funding opportunities.

Robynn is a proud Red River Métis leader with more than 25 years of experience in Indigenous housing, community development, and non-profit leadership. Her work has spanned local and provincial levels, including senior leadership roles with the Ontario Native Women’s Association and the Métis Nation of Ontario. Throughout her career, Robynn has been known for building operational systems from the ground up, strengthening financial accountability, and designing culturally grounded programs that reflect the strengths and priorities of Indigenous communities.

In her new role at IPF, Robynn will lead national initiatives that support Indigenous youth in building entrepreneurial, financial, and digital skills. She will also develop mentorship programs, co-create youth-driven learning platforms, and work closely with Indigenous Financial Institutions and community organizations to ensure that programs are responsive, inclusive, and impactful.

"Supporting Indigenous youth means investing in the future of our communities," says Robynn. "I’m honoured to join IPF and help build programs that reflect our values and create space for youth to lead."

Robynn’s passion for community, her strategic vision, and her heart-led leadership will help shape new opportunities for Indigenous youth across the country. We are excited to have her guiding this important work, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Please join us in welcoming Robynn to the IPF team!
